We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and help ensure every visit runs smoothly. What You'll Do As our Patient Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping patients navigate their dental care from their very first phone call through treatment completion.
Responsibilities include:
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments for doctors and hygiene Keep the schedule optimized to maximize efficiency and patient care Fill openings created by cancellations and maintain productive schedules Gather information for new patients and ensure paperwork is completed before appointments Verify insurance benefits and patient information prior to visits Present treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements Collect payments and schedule future appointments Coordinate with the clinical team to keep appointments running on time Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft Communicate with patients by phone, text, email, and in person Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain strict patient confidentiality What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Loves helping people and creating positive experiences Has exceptional customer service and communication skills Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can confidently multitask in a busy office Has strong problem-solving abilities Works well independently and as part of a team Maintains a positive attitude under pressure Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and integrity Preferred Qualifications Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred Experience with Eaglesoft and Weave is a plus Basic understanding of dental insurance and treatment scheduling Strong computer and telephone skills Why Join Bountiful Dentistry? Compensation:
$16-$22 per hour DOE Candidates with strong scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment coordination experience may qualify for the upper end of the range.
