What You'll Do:

Elevate Client Experience:

Set the standard for world-class service, ensuring every client touchpoint reflects sophistication, warmth, and care.

Drive Sales & Growth:

Lead center sales initiatives, oversee client consultations/retention strategies, and achieve target revenues while engaging in local community partnerships and events.

Inspire & Lead:

Hire, train, and mentor a collaborative team of wellness and clinical professionals, fostering a positive, accountable work culture.

Master Center Operations:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, inventory, scheduling, and brand consistency using modern software systems ( Zenoti experience is a plus).

What You Bring:

Leadership Track Record:

1+ years of successful leadership, management, or sales experience (preferably in aesthetics, medical spa, high-end fitness, or wellness environments).

Sales Mindset:

A proven history of hitting and exceeding revenue goals through consultative selling and outstanding team motivation.

Exceptional Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with clients, resolve issues, and build strong community relationships.

Operational Savvy:

High attention to detail, comfort with management software, and an ability to keep center operations running seamlessly.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits:

Base Salary:

$50,000 - $55,000 / year (commensurate with experience).

Earning Potential:
