Full Job Description Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00/hr +

You aren't just managing a dining room—you are orchestrating birthday parties, corporate banquets, and high-volume restaurant service simultaneously. We need a leader who stays cool under pressure and keeps the team moving with a "win-as-a-team" mentality. What You'll Do Lead the

Floor:

Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, bussers, and event staff.

Orchestrate Events:

Ensure birthday parties, corporate outings, and banquets run flawlessly from start to finish. Maintain the

Standard:

Ensure every plate and every guest interaction meets our high standards for quality and service.

Drive Cleanliness:

Maintain a "Guest-Ready" environment in the restaurant, dining areas, and event spaces at all times.

Operational Agility:

Pivot between managing the host stand, helping the servers during a rush, and checking in on a private event without missing a beat.

What You Bring Experience:

2+ years of service experience in restaurants, hospitality, or entertainment venues.

Leadership:

Minimum 2 years of management experience with a proven ability to teach and motivate others.

Adaptability:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to jump into any area of the operation to help the team succeed.

Reliability:

Must be 21+ and available for Nights, Weekends, and Holidays .

Preferred:

Catering and event experience is a major plus.
