- Part-time At Pathways, we specialize in supporting students with learning differences through individualized educational therapy. We are seeking a Clinic Manager to support our growing team of educators and therapists. Monday
Thursday:
4 hours per day mornings: 9:30-11:30 (virtual or in clinic) afternoons: 12-2 or 2-4 (in clinic) Days off for all school year holidays Primary responsibilities Follow up with text and emails from potential and current clients Coordinate clinician schedules Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of reading therapists and SLPs Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about progress and goals Qualifications Background in education, special education, or related field detail oriented very strong computer skills very strong communication and problem solving skills What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation On site training School holidays off during school year Flexible summer schedule Supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven team Come join our team!Job Type:
