Job Description Southwest Spine and Pain Care Center is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager for our pain management clinic in Holladay, Utah. Reporting to the Vineyard Clinic Manager, you'll spend approximately three days each week leading clinic operations and two days building relationships with referring providers and the surrounding community. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to advance into a Clinic Manager role as our Holladay clinic continues to grow. Job Responsibilities Assist with the daily management of clinic operations. Support providers and staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Help coordinate clinic staffing, scheduling, and workflow. Assist with onboarding, coaching, and staff development. Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Build relationships with referring providers and their office staff. Represent Southwest Spine and Pain in the community through outreach and networking. Partner with the marketing team to support practice growth. Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards. Provide front office or clinical support when needed. Qualifications Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a Clinic Manager role. Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient and referring provider experience. Ability to analyze workflows and improve operational performance. Experience leading or developing teams in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Comfort using EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and other technology. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Healthcare leadership or physician practice experience preferred.
