As a Facility Coordinator/ maintenance person, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

General shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM start, 8.5-hour workday

ASAP What's the Job? Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, utilities, and general maintenance Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely delivery of facility services Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment Support compliance with safety and security standards Assist with scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance possible temp to hire, review July 31, 2026 What's Needed? At least 3 years of experience in facility coordination or office operations Strong vendor management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues quickly Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with basic electrical or mechanical systems (preferred, not mandatory) What's in it for me?
