While this position carries the title of Hospital Manager, the role closely aligns with that of a Lead Veterinary Technician and is ideal for someone who is seeking a mix of patient care and office administration duties. We are looking for a motivated, dependable leader who can help support our doctors and staff while maintaining a positive, efficient work environment. This is a hands-on position, not a desk-only management role. The right candidate will be comfortable leading by example and stepping in wherever needed to help the hospital run smoothly. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of veterinary technician experience required Fully trained and proficient in exam rooms and client communication Fully trained and proficient in surgical assistance, anesthesia monitoring, and patient care Strong understanding of veterinary terminology, treatments, diagnostics, and hospital workflow Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment Experience training and mentoring team members is preferred Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and workflow Lead and support veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service representatives Assist doctors with appointments, treatments, diagnostics, and surgical procedures Coordinate staff scheduling and daily assignments Maintain high standards of patient care and client service Help train and develop team members Ensure medical records are accurate and complete Assist with inventory management and ordering Address client concerns and help create a positive client experience Foster a collaborative and professional team culture What We're Looking For We value team members who are dependable, hardworking, and genuinely care about both patients and people.
