Position Summary As the Patient Coordinator , you are the critical first impression and the foundational anchor of the patient journey. This is a full-time, in-office role designed for a professional who seamlessly balances elite organizational management with exceptional interpersonal communication. You will manage the initial inbound pipeline, nurture relationships with prospective patients, and ensure our clinic operates at an equilibrium of efficiency and premium care. This position is ideal for someone who views patient interaction through a consultative, empathetic lens rather than a high-volume transactional script.
Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Onboarding:
Act as the primary, elite point of contact for new and prospective patients, establishing high trust from the very first interaction.
Pipeline & Schedule Management:
Coordinate, qualify, and seamlessly schedule incoming patient inquiries for consultations, ensuring a smooth handoff to our clinical and advisory teams.
Relationship Nurturing:
Follow up with warm leads and existing patients to answer non-clinical questions, provide clear information on premium service offerings, and maintain a high-touch experience.
Administrative Coordination:
Keep accurate records of patient interactions, manage booking data, and collaborate with leadership to optimize the patient intake workflow.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium medical aesthetics, wellness clinics, or high-end consultative client coordination.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Mindset:
Highly empathetic, organized, and growth-oriented. You must genuinely care about helping individuals make meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
Skills:
Proficient with modern CRM tools, digital scheduling platforms, and standard productivity software. Comfortable navigating operational data and workflows.
Pay:
$18.00 - $27.00 per hour
