Salary range starts at $86,341 annually ( pay is calculated based on years of related and licensed experience)Schedule :

Health Savings & Reimbursement Out-of-pocket medical expenses may be eligible for reimbursement through our Garner HRA — up to $2,000 for individuals and $4,000 for families. Depending on your medical plan selection, you may also contribute pre-tax dollars to a Health Savings Account (HSA), with a company match of up to $900 for individuals and $1,800 for families. Retirement Our 401(k) plan accepts both pre-tax and Roth (post-tax) contributions and includes a company match of up to 6% of your annual salary. Job Summary The Clinical Director (BCBA, CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC) is a fully licensed clinician and provides clinical supervision, mentoring, and training to the assigned leaders, clinicians, and programs. The Clinical Director works collaboratively to ensure quality of care with the utilization of evidence-based practices and adherence to Valley's mission and values. The Clinical Director also supports operational and fiscal objectives, and ensures adherence to accreditation, regulatory, and organizational standards. Essential Functions Oversees the delivery of quality care and adherence to compliance and accreditation standards, payer and contract requirements, and organizational policies, goals, and initiatives Supervises clinical leaders and clinical teams and provides direction and consultation Assumes leadership for clinical audits, findings, responses, and follow-up action plans Ensures that assigned programs follow documentation policies for all phases of treatment, including assessments, treatment plans, treatment transitions and discharge plans, and client care Develops and updates programming to further the organization's mission and goals Monitors and tracks clinical outcomes, reporting, and action plans Ensures that clinical staff participate in appropriate training in collaboration with Director of Clinical Training Works with division and program leadership to achieve operational and financial goals Facilitates team supervision and meetings as assigned Conducts assessments to diagnose mental health and substance abuse disorders. Develops, implements, and manages personalized care plans with specific treatment goals for clients. Provides therapy session and crisis support for individuals, groups, and families using approved evidence-based tools to effectively enhance treatment Collaborates with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding clinical aspects of treatment Meets direct care expectations for assigned clients Provides individual clinical supervision to assigned under-licensed therapists upon completion of two years of practice with full licensure Participates in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure and other agency requirements Requirements Education Master's degree in social work or related field Experience Four years of behavior health experience with full license Licenses/CertificatesBCBA, CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC
