Education:

MUST have Master's degree from accredited college / university

Licenses:

Current license to practice therapy from Utah Dept of Professional Licensing•CMHC, MFT, or LCSW. Must be fully licensed and able to supervise clinicians through

DOPL Experience:

3 year + working in Behavioral Health Leadership or supervision experience highly desired Must be able to pass a federal background check through the Department of Human Services (Violent/Sexual/Predatory charges and/or convictions will result in denial of background check) Ability to utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for patient charting, medical necessity Excellent communication and listening skills Empathy and the ability to work with people in distress
