This energetic leader will ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care, maintain compliance with health regulations, and foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, healthcare expertise, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults while managing a vibrant care facility. Duties Lead and supervise care facility teams, including caregivers and administrative personnel. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans for residents with diverse needs such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and memory care requirements. Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards across all operations. Oversee financial management tasks including budgeting, billing, and healthcare financial planning to maintain operational efficiency. Manage medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive services tailored to residents' needs. Maintain detailed documentation related to resident care, staff schedules, regulatory reports, and operational records. Foster a supportive environment that promotes resident dignity, safety, and well-being while managing disability services and home & community care programs. Qualifications (Preferred) experience in nursing home administration or assisted living management with a strong background in senior care and long-term care operations. Extensive knowledge of healthcare settings and personalized approaches for residents. Demonstrated ability to lead teams within healthcare or residential care settings. An ability to foster a culture that benefits both employees and residents alike. Familiarity with health regulation policies, long-term care regulations, and compliance standards governing assisted living facilities. Ability to manage budgets and overhead costs. Excellent leadership skills combined with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork in a collaborative environment.
