Compensation & Benefits $100,000 - $105,000 (base + bonus) Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA 401(k) with match Annual CEU budget of $1,500 annually Admin, billing and marketing support

paid holidays Professional liability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short & long-term disability Life insurance Office space What You Bring Active, independent LCSW license in VA Must be a Board Certified Supervisor in VA 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities Experience with EHR systems What You'll Do Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills Provide coaching and support Participate in the hiring process Identify training needs for clinical team members Lead case consultation sessions This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort. In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors will maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care.
