We are looking for a dental office receptionist and patient coordinator who is great in customer service, building trust and educating patients. If you are detail oriented, positive, with teamwork mentality and multi tasking ability, we are looking forward to meeting you!
Requirement:
bilingual (Spanish) required Only applications with Dental office experience with recent professional references will be considered. (Minimum 2 recent years preferred) Scope of work and responsibilities: Knowledge to all general dentistry . We do all procedures in our office. Greeting patients in a polite and professional manner , check in and out. Maintain and updating all documents and data by same day scanning. Making sure Consent forms are signed prior to the service. Making sure that new patients have a great first visit. Answering the multiline phone lines , scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Verifying insurances prior to the appointment and creating insurance breakdown Assisting with charting and Treatment planning. Explain the treatment plan, Schedule next appointment, address patient concerns and answer any questions. Helping the patient with setting up payment plans per office policy as needed. Knowledge to run Care Credit and Cherry Knowledge to HIPPA Policy. Communicate effectively with the manager to meet their daily and monthly goal. Posting payments and sending predeterminations. Reconcile daily payments at the end of the day and reporting to the supervisor before leaving the office. Next day courtesy calls to check on the patients with major procedures. Perform general office duties and other duties as required. Making sure the office is organized and clean. If needed, helping with the clinical team and sitting the patients.

Immediately Experience:
Applicant must have at least 2 years experience as Dental office receptionist and patient coordinator in dental practice.
Schedule and hours:
Monday, Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Tuesday 9:00-3:00 Wednesday 9:00 am -6:00 pm Friday 8:00- 2:00 pm Expect extra hour to prepare for the start and the end of the day check list for all required daily tasks.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills with Microsoft word and Excel. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Black scrubs ( Required). English (Required) Spanish (Required ) Higher education than high school is a plus. Associate's degree is preferred and will be considered for moving up in position. Dental assisting background and knowledge is a plus. Compensation will be determined based on level of knowledge , skill sets and timely delivey. 2 professional references will be required.
