Monday through Friday 8:30 AM

Location:
20116 Ashbrook Place, Suite 110, Ashburn, Virginia 20147 Full-Time, In-Person We're hiring a fully licensed therapist as Admissions Director to lead intake, assessments, and enrollment for an outpatient behavioral health clinic serving adolescents and young adults in IOP/PHP programs. This role blends clinical oversight with relationship-building—guiding families through the admissions process while ensuring appropriate level-of-care decisions and compliance with Virginia standards.
Responsibilities:
Admissions Coordination & Family Support :
Educate families and referral sources about services, facilitate admissions process, conduct intake assessments, and provide resources when appropriate. Review insurance coverage and financial responsibilities with families to ensure transparency.
Team Collaboration & Leadership :
Work closely with clinical, administrative, and billing teams to coordinate admissions; supervise Case Managers; and participate in leadership meetings to align on strategy and census needs.
Documentation & Compliance :
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and BestNotes, complete required clinical documentation, and ensure all legal documents and consents are properly handled in compliance with regulatory standards.
Outreach & Relationship Building :
Engage in special events, build relationships with referral partners, and collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to support tours and community engagement.
Clinical Support & Development :
Perform clinical duties as needed, assist with application reviews, and complete all required training to support program needs and uphold quality care standards.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field is required. Full clinical licensure in Virginia (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) required . A provisional license can not be accepted for this role. 1-2 years of experience conducting behavioral health assessments. Proficiency in administering suicide screening tools such as the C-SSRS. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Effective problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Collaborative team player. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
