We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle and Clinic Coordinator to assist with complete revenue cycle billing while supporting daily clinic operations. Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, including patient billing, coding, collections, and accounts receivable management
  • Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to streamline workflows providing efficient and profitable performance while maintaining the highest standards of care. Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance or related field.
5 + years of revenue cycle experience (primary care preferred), starting with patient check in through patient payment posting and collections. Extensive knowledge of EMR and PM systems (Allscripts/Veradigm a plus) ensuring accurate data entry, compliancy and reporting. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, medical records management and compliance standards. Strong understanding of healthcare management principles including utilization management. Previous management experience a plus. Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and multitasking skills. Process improvement mindset.
