We're seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our orthopedic clinics. This is an opportunity for a proven healthcare leader who is passionate about developing high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and creating an outstanding experience for patients, physicians, and staff. You'll partner closely with physicians, clinical leaders, and support teams to ensure efficient clinic operations while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. What You'll Do As the Clinic Manager , you'll provide operational leadership for the clinic while building a positive, patient-centered culture.
You'll:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff. Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering employee engagement and professional development. Promote accountability, teamwork, and a culture focused on exceptional patient care and service. Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience. Partner closely with physicians and organizational leaders to support operational excellence and quality outcomes. Monitor clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and manage clinic budgets while monitoring financial performance and resource utilization. Prepare operational reports and support strategic initiatives and organizational goals. Standardize clinic processes and implement best practices to improve consistency, efficiency, and quality. Foster strong relationships across departments to support collaboration and organizational success. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and quality standards. What You'll Bring Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred. Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare, orthopedic, ambulatory, or physician practice setting. Experience leading, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams. Experience managing clinic operations, staffing, workflow, and operational performance. Budget management and financial oversight experience preferred. Knowledge & Skills You'll be successful if you have: Strong knowledge of ambulatory healthcare operations, patient flow, and physician practice management. Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience. Experience improving operational workflows and driving efficiency. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Compensation Range for this position:
$61,800.00 - $92,700.00 Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
