We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or Hospitality Manager to join a successful, high-volume buffet-style restaurant in Richmond, VA. Benefits Cigna Health Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Wellness Benefits One Week Paid Vacation (earned after training) Performance-Based Bonus Program Career Growth Opportunities Key Responsibilities Kitchen Manager Lead all Back-of-House operations in a high-volume restaurant Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and food safety standards Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and labor expenses Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen team members Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations Drive operational efficiency and restaurant profitability Hospitality Manager Lead Front-of-House operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience Coach and develop service team members Manage labor, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Maintain company standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and service Partner with kitchen leadership to maximize sales and operational performance Qualifications 5-7+ years of restaurant management experience with a stable work history Proven success managing high-volume restaurants generating approximately $4M-$6M+ in annual sales Experience with corporate full-service restaurant brands such as Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Fridays, Texas Roadhouse, or similar concepts strongly preferred High-volume Fast Casual or QSR management experience will also be considered for candidates with excellent leadership, coachability, and long-term tenure Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, P&L, and restaurant profitability Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style and strong cultural fit

From $40,000.00 per year
