The ideal candidate is dedicated, organized, and is a natural "Director of First Impressions", serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role facilitates will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their healthcare journey. This position involves managing the clinic calendar, patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support within a concierge clinical setting. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for fostering a welcoming environment while effectively communicating with patients and healthcare professionals. Success in this role is measured by achieving new patient targets, 5-star reviews, and ensuring both of our clinics are busy and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet, check-in, and check-out patients with warmth and professionalism Welcome and respond to incoming calls, texts and emails Manage multiple clinic calendars; set, confirm and reschedule appointments Contact patients to collect billing for services Process payments accurately and securely Order and maintain inventory of office supplies Handle medical administrative tasks, including faxing and scanning documents Upload patient data (labs, ID, personal info) into system Maintain accurate internal metrics / data tracking sheets Generate referrals and occasionally represent Gameday at networking events The Ideal Candidate Organized
