Assisted Living Clinical Program Manager Compensation:
$75K•$90K annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership capabilities. Work alongside an engaged leadership team that values transparency, collaboration, and shared success What You'll Do Takes the lead in coaching, supervising, directing and coordinating the assisted living nursing service program to ensure excellence in the delivery of care for residents Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care that reflects our mission and upholds all regulatory standards Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team built on trust and accountability Manage budgets effectively while balancing quality service and operational efficiency Maintain readiness for all licensing and compliance standards Build positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners Monitor performance indicators and lead ongoing quality improvement initiatives Champion a culture of safety, respect, and resident well-being What We're Looking For LPN licensed required Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and, Adult First Aid from the American Red Cross and/or American Heart Association 2 years' experience in a health care related field and successful completion of the 80-hour assisted living manager training program (Maryland only) Must be considerate and respectful of the rights, dignity and sensitivities of aged and disabled persons Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing as applicable to their job responsibilities Background check(s) consisting of a sworn statement or affirmation and criminal history check free of barrier crimes Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in long term care facility or assisted living facility (Virginia only) Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain confidentiality residential information Must be proficient with a computer to include utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medication administration record (eMAR) as well as Microsoft Office Why Our Team Thrives At The Legacy at North Augusta, part of National Lutheran Communities & Services, we believe culture drives care.
