Overview True Wellness Chiropractic & Rehab is a performance-based chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic dedicated to helping active adults and athletes move, recover, and perform at their highest level. We are seeking a confident, professional, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a high-energy, patient-centered environment. This individual will be the face and voice of our clinic — creating an exceptional first impression while ensuring a seamless experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating clearly about scheduling, services, and insurance benefits. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for all patients (in-person, phone, text, and email) Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently Coordinate new patient onboarding and intake processes Verify insurance benefits and eligibility prior to visits Communicate insurance coverage, deductibles, and out-of-network benefits clearly to patients Maintain accurate documentation within our practice management software Assist with patient follow-ups and reactivation outreach Support clinic flow to ensure an organized and elevated patient experience Maintain professionalism and positive energy at the front desk Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and polished presentation Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with insurance verification and benefit checks (preferred) Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office setting (preferred) Comfortable using EHR and scheduling software (JaneApp experience is a plus) Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
