This position oversees the development and maintenance of a campus housing a dozen health and human services nonprofits plus a network of more than 90 non-profits serving the Northern Shenandoah Valley. Our Health oversees the logistics that allow more than 100,000 cases involving the full spectrum of health care to be served each year. A knowledge of best practices and program-evaluation skills with an eye to how they apply to the big picture is a must. The successful candidate for this position must work with diverse organizations spanning the spectrum of the nonprofit community. They must be mission-driven with a head for business and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing non-profit landscape. They must have human services experience, especially in the public or nonprofit world. The job responsibilities for this position include establishing new, and enhancing, existing community partnerships; overseeing fundraising; overseeing the property management of the 25,000 sq. foot nonprofit campus; planning and developing community health improvement initiatives; and promoting a mission to improve the health of the residents in our communities. Education and Experience Education and experience equivalent to a master's degree in healthcare administration or related field and five or more years of administrative experience in community Health and Human Services organizations
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
