Interim Clinical Manager•Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic Operating Room Needed in Winchester, Virginia! The Position An Interim Clinical Manager•Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic Operating Room is needed to provide clinical and operational leadership while maintaining the daily performance of a high-functioning cardiovascular surgical services program during a leadership transition. Reporting to the Director, this leader will oversee approximately 25 FTEs. Key responsibilities include leading daily CVOR operations to ensure consistent patient care and workflow, assessing opportunities to improve people, processes, and systems, partnering with the Director to implement operational improvements, driving quality and clinical outcomes, and supporting the continued growth of the service line. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, visible, and transformational leader with significant CVOR leadership experience. They will excel at building strong relationships, leading teams through change, and fostering a positive, patient-focused culture. Must be highly organized, adaptable, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements BSN required. Master's degree highly preferred. Active Virginia RN license or a Nurse Licensure Compact state license required. Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic operating room leadership required. Significant CVOR experience and transformational leadership experience are required. Compensation Details Compensation Range:
$165,000 to $175,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
