General dentist Family, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. Looking for an addition to our diverse Dental team with Long term commitment. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to grow in a stable and friendly work environment. We are looking for someone who is a team player, able to deliver stellar service to our patients, and willingness to learn our systems. Extra consideration given to candidates with previous both Front and back Office experience. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be a team player and possess the ability to multi task and be well-organized.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Administrative Dental Experience (compensation dependent on experience) Competent/Expert level on most of Administrative dental tasks. Claims, billing, Treatment coordinator Or Fast learner. Coordinate and collaborate with Clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Some weekend shifts occasionally (OT)
Preferred Qualities:
Previous Front Office Dental experience Open Dental software experience Fluent in Spanish Benefits Generous wages and bonuses (Work more, paid more) philosophy
