Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab - Barre, VT Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator to join our team in Barre, VT. The Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate resident medical records while overseeing the facility's central supply inventory. This position ensures nursing departments have the supplies needed to provide quality resident care and supports daily administrative operations. Shift Full-Time Responsibilities Maintain and organize resident medical records in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations Process admissions, discharges, and medical record requests Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and confidential Order, receive, stock, and distribute nursing and medical supplies throughout the facility Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate supply stock Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and supply needs Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with supply cost control Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide administrative support as needed Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent computer skills and proficiency with electronic medical records preferred Previous medical records, central supply, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities Benefits We strive to provide our employees with a comprehensive and affordable benefits package, including: Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage Dental and Vision Care Telemedicine Program Company-Paid Group Life Insurance Voluntary Term Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability 401(k) Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (PTO) DailyPay - View your earned wages as they accrue, with the option to withdraw funds daily for a nominal fee Education Assistance Program Up to $5,250 per year toward tuition reimbursement• Up to $2,625 per year toward repayment of a Non-Federal Nursing Student Loan• Benefits, bonuses, and variable compensation plans are based on applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
