Job Description

Patient Coordinator (PC)- Oncology Associates The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for providing receptionist, administrative and clerical support at Dartmouth Cancer Center Bennington. The Patient Care Coordinator also works cohesively with teammates to handle the day-to-day responsibilities of the position, including, but not limited to: answering telephones, appointment scheduling and confirmation, collecting co-pays and outstanding balances, check-in and out processes, inbound and outbound referral management, preloading, scanning and indexing.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of experience in front office support, customer service or related field are required. Prior experience in health care preferred.
