POSITION SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Administrator of Woodridge Nursing Home, assumes the responsibility for directing, coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of rehabilitative services at Woodridge Nursing Home. This person shall manage staffing concerns, collaborating on resource utilization, resolving performance management issues, as well as directing daily clinical activities.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
B.S. or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech/Language Pathology. Vermont State License or eligibility required
EXPERIENCE
Five to seven years of progressively responsible clinical management experience in the field of allied health.
