Business Development Manager, Clinical Solutions & Licensing, will be accountable for leading the organization's strategy and execution for the commercialization of AI-enabled content and solutions, as well as for electronic health record (EHR) partnerships. Provides senior-level leadership across partnership development, licensing strategy, and enterprise deal execution, with a focus on scalable growth. • Responsibilities
• + Defining alliance and licensing strategy + Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements + Coordinating cross functional efforts with product, legal, technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption + Oversee customer success team to ensuring ongoing sales
• Qualifications
• + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience + 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health‑IT-adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility across partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization function
• Preferred Qualifications
• + 10+ years of relevant experience
• Compensation & Benefits
• The expected pay range will be $135,000 to $145,000.

Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
