Job Description

Clinical Manager - Adult Intensive Services at Howard Center in Burlington, Vermont, United States Job Description Clinical Manager - Adult Intensive Services Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure program values and direction are aligned with agency mission. The Clinical Manager position offers a combination of direct service, supervision and program management. Master's degree and clinical license required.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual andor group supervision to clinical staff and interns Recruits and onboard new employees Provide clinical training and consultation Ensure program adherence to regulations and compliance Ensure that client satisfaction and outcome data are used to inform decisions Provide approximately 8-12 hours of direct service weekly Rotation in on call supervisor coverage and shift coverage is expected as needed
Requirements:
Master's degree in related field Clinical license or VT license eligible Three years of relevant clinical experience, including two years' supervising, managing, and leading a team Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle
Structure:
Full time Exempt Starting at $70,321.82 We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
