Service & Hospitality Manager Lead the floor. Build the team. Help create a restaurant people return to again and again. For more than 30 years, our locally owned Vermont hospitality company has built businesses rooted in quality food, genuine service, and strong community connections. We're preparing to open a new concept in one of Vermont's most historic destinations, and we're looking for a Service & Hospitality Manager to help lead the front of the house from day one. This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-run operation. The Service & Hospitality Manager will help create an experience where guests feel recognized, cared for, and excited to return. You'll lead the front-of-house team, coach service standards, and build a culture that balances professionalism with warmth. What You'll Do Lead daily front-of-house operations and guest service. Hire, train, coach, and support a strong hospitality team. Develop practical service training that helps employees succeed. Set clear expectations for hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism. Work alongside the team during service and lead by example. Manage scheduling, labor, POS procedures, and daily operations. Partner with culinary leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience. Look for opportunities to improve service, organization, and team performance. Who You Are You're someone who understands that excellent customer service means going above and beyond, not just completing transactions. You enjoy helping people grow, communicating clearly, and creating an environment where employees feel supported and guests feel genuinely welcome. You may currently be a restaurant manager, assistant manager, café manager, shift leader, hotel supervisor, or another hospitality professional ready for a larger leadership role. We're especially interested in candidates who Have 3+ years of hospitality or restaurant leadership experience. Can coach and motivate a team. Stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$50,000-$65,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications. We believe in investing in great people.
