Job Description
Job Description The PMG Lead Coordinator provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of front office operations within the practice. This position supports the Practice Supervisor and Practice Administrator in supervising front desk staff, coordinating schedules and coverage, training and onboarding employees, monitoring workflow efficiency, and ensuring excellent patient service. The Lead Coordinator serves as a liaison between providers, clinical staff, billing teams, and patients to promote effective communication, operational excellence, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
