Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group clinical supervision focused on substance use disorder treatment to licensed associates, interns, and clinical staff. Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with agency, state, and insurance standards specific to addiction services. Support clinicians with case consultation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and clinical decision-making related to substance use disorders. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and professional standards for addiction treatment. Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff specializing in substance use disorder. Monitor clinician productivity, documentation timelines, and performance expectations within addiction programs. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives targeting substance use disorder services. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures specific to addiction treatment. Maintain knowledge of state licensing regulations, HIPAA, payer requirements, and current best practices in substance use disorder care. Provide direct clinical services to clients as needed in substance use disorder programs. Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment focused on recovery-oriented care.

$85,415.91 - $102,866.47 per year
