About Us Timeless Regenerative Medicine is a boutique primary care, wellness, and medical aesthetics practice located in Bellevue. We are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care in a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Receptionist to join our small and supportive team. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, follows tasks through to completion, and is interested in building a long-term career while growing with our practice. Responsibilities Create a warm and professional experience for patients from check-in through checkout. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and respond to phone calls and patient inquiries. Verify and update patient demographics, insurance eligibility, copays, deductibles, and preferred pharmacy information. Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records and document patient communications. Collect payments, send balance reminders, and assist with routine billing questions. Prepare and track referrals and prior authorizations for medications, imaging, and procedures. Prepare examination and treatment rooms, assist with forms and instructions, and restock supplies. Measure and document vital signs after training and according to clinic policy. Monitor inventory, order office and laboratory supplies, receive deliveries, and check expiration dates. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic, including end-of-day closing duties. Support other administrative and daily clinic operations as needed. Qualifications Experience in a medical office, medical reception, medical assisting, customer service, or the beauty and aesthetics industry is preferred. Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance verification, referrals, prior authorizations, or medical billing is a plus. Excellent communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking skills. Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and respectful of patient confidentiality. Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing responsibilities in a small practice. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Interested in growing with the practice and contributing to its long-term success. Bilingual English and Mandarin is preferred but not required.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Hours:
10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
