Job Description
Under supervision of the department director, coordinates daily unit operations and supports patient and family-centered care and service, in accordance with the mission and values of Lake Chelan Health, within the parameters established by the Washington State Department of Health, Health Services Quality Assurance Division. Qualifications High school diploma CNA certification preferred Must have the ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology Must be able to read and write in English in a legible script, including numbers Effective communication in both English and Spanish is preferred Excellent customer service skills Proficiency with Information Technology, such as electronic health records, communications systems, computers, phones, and equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the position Skilled working with a wide range of staff as part of an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff Demonstrates interpersonal skills that convey a positive and supportive attitude Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities, urgent needs, and challenging situations
