Role Overview:

Lead a clinic site where the work you do shapes both client outcomes and the careers of the clinicians you supervise. As Clinic Manager, you'll run day-to-day operations, stay connected to client care, and have an opportunity to serve as a WAC-approved Clinical Supervisor directly guide clinicians on their path to independent licensure, as applicable. What You'll Do Oversee all clinic operations, staffing, and adherence to Valley Cities policies and procedures Use KPI and treatment-outcome reports from our clinical excellence team to keep your site on track Ensure required CCBHC screenings, care coordination, and quality measures are completed at the site level Opportunity, provide clinical supervision and consultation to Clinician I, II, and III colleagues Support intakes, crisis management, and staff training, and stay involved in direct client care as needed What You'll Bring MA/MS degree in social work, counseling or related human services field and 2 years of relevant experience. Obtain Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) registration within 2 weeks of hire or hold an associate level license. Meets Washington State Mental Health Professional (MHP) status requirements.
