This is a 6-month position managing our Frederickson clinic and the float pool for the Southeast Region, providing managerial support for Indigo Urgent Care clinic(s). Position Summary The Area Manager for Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region. The Area Manager engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members. The Area Manager travels to the various clinics on a regular basis and is available during business hours (including night/weekends/holidays/on-call rotation). In this role, you will maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development. You will also maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites. Requirements Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered Master's degree preferred Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred) Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications A Better Way to Work in Health Care Flexible schedule: Make a positive difference in your community and have time and energy to pursue your passions outside of work.
