Our concierge-level care ensures every patient receives the support needed to breathe and sleep with comfort and confidence. Performance Home Medical operates 24 branches across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Texas. As we continue to grow nationwide, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Manager to join our team. The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in driving clinical excellence, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality patient care across the division. This position is responsible for leading and developing clinical teams, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and aligning clinical operations with organizational goals. The Clinical Manager also supports the strategic growth of services, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance both patient outcomes and overall performance.
Position Summary :
Hires, trains, manages and inspects the department clinical respiratory staff schedules, performance, and policy adherence. Communicates changes, clarifications and new information related to job performance to clinical staff. Performs respiratory care services as needed in an efficient and timely manner as outlined in department policy. Monitors quality indicators for clinical staff on a monthly basis, responds to performance below standards with an action plan to support improvement. Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Directs and manages the clinical staff and policies. Knowledgeable of and responsible for current company policies and procedures as they relate to the above duties and to maintain the clinical and regulatory standards of PHM clinical services. Monitors patient equipment setups, initial and routine follow-ups of clinical staff in service locations for consistency of standards. Oversees and co-manages the clinical staff at PHM locations. Inspects locations for proper stock levels, storage of equipment and supplies, cleaning area, log records, use of current paperwork and routinely reviews current standards and any new policies or policy changes with clinical staff. Directs and manages the clinical staff meeting, providing agenda and bringing in resources for on-going clinical education. Checks and responds to voice messages at beginning, middle and end of shift. Works with clinical and sales staff to provide in-services to referral sources as well as staff and patient families. Participates in PHM clinical staff competency assessments. Performs any other specific duties/tasks as assigned by leadership team. Team Member Reporting Report daily absences. Training to ensure Team Members success with their assigned duties. Listen to Team Members' suggestions and concerns regarding their position. Motivate team members. Models and maintains departments focus on clinical outcomes and standards. Maintains high levels of internal and external customer service.Qualifications :

RRT or CRTT with Four-year healthcare degree and/or at least five years' experience in Respiratory Therapy.Computer Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chrome, Internet Explorer, SharePoint).Certificates and Licenses:
Credentials (NBR,CRTT or RRT), Current State Licensure(s) in Respiratory Care, and Residing state's current driver's license.Travel Requirements:
