Patient Care Coordinator ICare Psychiatry - Kent, WA Full-Time About Us ICare Psychiatry is a growing mental health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. Our services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy, ADHD testing, GeneSight testing, and Spravato treatment. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and support the clinic's daily operations. Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our patients and helps create a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment. This role includes customer service, scheduling, administrative, and organizational responsibilities to support the clinic's daily workflow. Schedule Monday-Friday Full-Time Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails Schedule appointments and assist with patient coordination Verify insurance benefits and collect co-pays Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow Help maintain a clean, calm, and organized front office environment Protect patient confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times Requirements High school diploma or higher required Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Healthcare or mental health office experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and electronic health record (EHR) systems Looking for a long-term position Why Join ICare Psychiatry?
