Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Travel Specialty Patient Care Coordinator to support our specialty practices in the Olympia, WA area. As a Travel Specialty Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting multiple specialty offices. You'll help coordinate appointments, assist with insurance verification and treatment planning, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a positive impact on patients' lives. Schedule (days/hours) M-F 7-4 Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression. Schedule specialty appointments and coordinate patient care across multiple locations. Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and discuss financial arrangements with patients. Support specialty providers by managing patient communications and ensuring efficient office flow. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Travel to assigned specialty offices within the Olympia market based on business needs. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required. Experience in a dental or medical office preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dental practice management software and insurance verification is a plus.
