This role is designed for a leader who enjoys coaching supervisors, using data to drive improvement, and ensuring high standards of care across multiple sites. It is not a traditional management role-it is focused on outcomes, consistency, and support. This is a full-time position, 8:30 - 5, M-F, in Lakewood, WA. Key Responsibilities Coach and support In‑Home Care Supervisors and Employment Coordinators Monitor program performance using KPIs and data tools (e.g., WellSky, Power BI) Ensure compliance with Washington Administrative Code (WAC), AAA monitoring, and KWA policies Lead audit preparation, quality reviews, and corrective actions Support staffing plans, training, and workforce development Represent KWA with community and county partners Qualifications Supervisory experience in home care, long‑term care, or human services Knowledge of Washington State home care regulations Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to develop and conduct training Why Join KWA Mission‑driven work that matters A newly designed leadership role focused on impact, not hierarchy Competitive pay and full‑time stability Apply www.kwacares.
