Primary Location TBD, travel required within all District locations (Mill Creek, Everett, Monroe, Arlington)Typical Schedule:
Mondays- Fridays, 8:00am
- 5:00pm, this position is salary (exempt)/hours may vary
Wage Range:
$80,168- $85,000 annual salary ( Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs and geographic market availability)

Qualifications:
High School diploma, or general education degree (GED); AND 5 or more years of management experience in a healthcare setting or 3 years administrative healthcare experience; OR Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN program; OR Current Registered/Certified MA credential or LPN/RN licenseOverview of Position Details:
The District Supervisor plans, organizes and directs all aspects of clinical and front desk services and exercises general leadership over all front desk and clinical staff employees in their district. Manages MAs, Front Desk, and other support positions within designated district, with ability to travel regularly to those locations. Coordinates front and back office staffing schedules including time off requests, monitoring timecards, overtime, etc. Works with District Manager to maintain positive work environment supporting patients, providers, and staff. Assists in the recruitment of clinical and front desk personnel needed to staff the facility in order to assure safe, efficient, and effective patient care. Executes policy as needed to accommodate changing activities within the clinic with District Manager sign-off. Consults on determining progressive discipline based on performance. Works with Human Resources regarding HR issues. Conducts annual evaluations of employee performance along with the District Manager. Assures that clinical services are provided in accordance policies, procedures, and regulation standards (QA). Mentor and oversee training of Clinical and Front Desk team members. Review quarterly Patient Satisfaction Surveys and follow up as needed. Presides at regularly scheduled staff meetings as needed. Surfaces operational friction points to the DM/Central Operations team along with proposed solutions. Assists opening new office locations including onboarding and training on FD best practices and systems. Coverage for District Manager as needed. Emergency contact for alarm notices.
