Patient Care Coordinator Woodinville & Lake Stevens Family Medicine Woodinville, WA Job Details Full-time $23 - $31 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid holidays Paid time off Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Retirement plan Paid sick time Qualifications Customer communication Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We are a small, independent medical practice with locations in Lake Stevens and Woodinville, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable, motivated person to join our team as our full-time Patient Care Coordinator. This is an important role in our practice. You will often be the first and last person our patients interact with, so we're looking for someone who is warm, professional, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Medical office experience is not required. We believe attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and excellent customer service are more important than having a specific background. We are happy to train the right person. What You'll Do Your day will include a combination of front desk, patient support, and general clinic responsibilities, including: Greeting, checking in, and checking out patients Escorting and rooming patients Collecting payments Helping new patients complete paperwork and get established with our practice Answering incoming phone calls Scheduling and rescheduling appointments Updating patient demographics and other information Responding to patient emails, portal messages, and other communications Keeping patient areas, exam rooms, and workspaces clean and organized Cleaning and disinfecting rooms and surfaces Taking out trash and helping with general clinic upkeep Learning about the products and services we offer so you can confidently introduce them to interested patients Helping patients have an organized, friendly, and positive experience from beginning to end Assisting with other day-to-day clinic needs as they arise Because we are a small practice, everyone helps where needed. We're looking for someone who sees something that needs to be done and is willing to jump in rather than saying, "That's not my job." What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, positive, and comfortable talking with people Reliable and punctual Organized and able to keep track of multiple things at once Comfortable using computers and learning new software Professional when communicating by phone, email, and in person Detail-oriented Comfortable collecting payments and discussing services with patients Willing to clean, organize, and help maintain the clinic Interested in healthcare, wellness, skin care, or helping people improve their health Able to maintain patient confidentiality and learn HIPAA requirements Comfortable working independently at times Willing to learn and accept feedback Able to work Saturdays Able to reliably commute to both our Lake Stevens and Woodinville locations Experience No previous medical office experience is required. Experience in healthcare, reception, hospitality, retail, customer service, scheduling, or administrative work is helpful, but it is not necessary. We are willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic. Compensation & Benefits $23.00-$31.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications + bonus potential Full-time employees receive: 80 hours of paid vacation each year 6 paid holidays Paid sick leave 10% employee discount on supplements and skin care products 50% employee discount on IV therapy and vitamin injections Please note that we are a small independent practice and are not currently able to offer employer-sponsored health insurance or a retirement plan.
