A Clinical Director directs and manages a medical practice, clinic, hospital, or other clinical setting. Organizes and manages of staff physicians, policy implementation, and ensures that standards for medical care are communicated and maintained.

Registration:
BLS Provider from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing preferred. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State preferred.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
