Dental Patient Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from scheduling appointments to managing patient records. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate various medical systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using medical scheduling software.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Process patient information efficiently, including insurance verification and medical coding.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist in coordinating care between patients and healthcare providers. Experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
