We have been serving families in Elm Grove for over a decade, blending modern dentistry with a warm, family-centered environment. We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be a welcoming face and voice of our practice. Your role will be to support patients through every step of their visit—ensuring they feel seen, heard, and valued.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Manage scheduling of new patients, recalls, and treatment follow-ups Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate patient records Communicate treatment plans clearly and support patient understanding Use technology (dental software, tablets, digital forms) to streamline processes Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area Collaborate with the Office Manager and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly Stay compliant with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Requirements:
6 months minimum dental experience is required Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems A compassionate, patient-first mindset Experience with Open Dental is a plus
