This position blends administrative coordination, patient support, and interaction with clinical staff. Hours are 8-5, Monday- Friday. Track, verify, and manage medication orders with accuracy and compliance. Coordinate clinic lunches, medication drops, and relationship‑building activities. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support daily operations. Serve as the primary communication contact for internal teams and clinics.. Support workflow improvements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service quality. Use strong customer service skills to engage clinics and patients; confidently promote services when appropriate. Qualifications Experience with implantable infusion pump therapy, pharmacy or pain management experience helpful. Strong customer service skills and willingness to engage in sales‑oriented conversations. Excellent communication abilities with a professional, patient‑focused approach. Familiarity with EMR systems preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay:

$52,000.00 per year
