About the Position We're hiring a Clinical Care Coordinator to join us part-time 19-26 hours a week, with key availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other Saturday. We're looking for someone who is reliable, grounded, a self-starter, and ready to support our patients with professionalism and compassion. Prior experience working at a front desk, in a medical setting, or pursuing a career in the medical field is ideal, but not required. We will provide comprehensive training for the right person! Primary hours we're hiring for:

3:30PM•7:00
PM Wed:
12:00 PM•7:00
PM Thurs:
1:00 PM•7:00 PM Occasional Saturdays from 9-3pm. Additional shifts can be picked up as they are available. Please apply only if you are available for all of these hours. This is not a seasonal position. We're looking to hire someone year-round. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay is $18/hour with the potential for raises for excellent performance and bonus eligibility Comprehensive training with opportunities to grow and develop Free weekly acupuncture treatments for you and your immediate family 50% off retail Closed Sundays and all major US holidays A peaceful setting with a respectful and compassionate team Your Role Our Patient Care Coordinators facilitate the flow of our days by opening and closing the clinic, managing the schedule, supporting our providers, and performing administrative responsibilities to keep our clinic running smoothly. They're the first face our patients see when they enter the clinic, and the last they see before they go, providing a friendly face and communicating warmly to ensure they have a great experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and checking them in and out for their appointments Answering emails and phone calls Reactivating inactive patients and scheduling appointments Recording and tracking patient and clinic data Scheduling patient appointments and managing transactions Cleaning rooms between sessions, tidying the clinic, and helping with laundry Preparing receipts and superbills for patients with insurance Supporting the team with general administrative and operational tasks Willing to be independent, learn new things, and grow in your role Performing other duties as assigned We're looking for someone who is: Dependable, warm, and organized Can work independently once trained and take initiative throughout the day Is a clear and respectful communicator•this is a patient service position above all else! Eager to learn new skills and takes pride in doing thorough work Comfortable with technology such as Macs, scheduling software, and Google Workspace Workspace Prior experience working in a clinical setting, wellness, spa, or at a front desk is a plus, but not required If you're interested in this role and feel you'd be a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!
