Days | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role: Drive a Culture of Readiness by coordinating continuous compliance and safety programs that ensure the facility remains a gold standard for care and regulatory excellence. Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative service improvements that enhance both team efficiency and patient outcomes. Champion Patient Safety Initiatives by translating complex standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies that protect our patients and clinical staff. Transform Data into Insight by analyzing diverse clinical and financial metrics to produce meaningful reports that guide executive decision-making and service-line growth. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /Registration:
Quality Professional preferred. Risk Management preferred.Education:
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required. What additional requirements you'll need: Monday through Friday, 8a-430p, but will be required to adjust schedule based on meeting schedules. No holidays. Organizes and coordinates quality and patient safety (regulatory) program activities and workflow. Provides oversight and support for disease specific certifications. Life atAscension:
