Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Clinical Services to lead and innovate within our behavioral healthcare organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This energetic leader will inspire teams, optimize clinical workflows, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety for our clients. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clinical services across all facilities. Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams healthcare professionals, clincal professionals and administrative staff. Oversee clinical compliance with federal and state regulations such as HIPAA, Medicare requirements, and local licensing standards. Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, assessments, and other critical data. Monitor quality assurance programs to improve patient outcomes, safety protocols, and client satisfaction. Stay current with healthcare management best practices to inform clinical decision-making. Requirements Extensive experience in behavioral healthcare. Proven management skills with a focus clinical leadership and management. Deep understanding of processes as well multiple levels of care operations. Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams effectively while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners. Masters degree in Psychology, Social work, Healthcare Administration; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred. Clinical Licenses and Clincial Supervisor Certification.
