Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop nursing and caregiving associates Oversee resident health and wellness programs Complete resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate clinical follow-up Ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations and community policies Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, therapy providers, families, and other healthcare partners Review physician orders and oversee medication management Participate in clinical assessments for prospective residents and new admissions Support staffing, training, orientation, and ongoing development of clinical associates Promote quality improvement and positive resident outcomes Participate in emergency preparedness and community safety programs Build strong relationships with residents, families, associates, and healthcare partners Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the community Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program One or more years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience in assisted living, senior living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, hospital nursing, or a related healthcare setting Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to coach and develop a strong clinical team Passion for serving older adults and providing exceptional resident care Senior living experience is preferred but not required.
