Pathways Consulting is a well-established behavioral health practice in Kenosha dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journey. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator who thrives in a collaborative, client-centered environment and wants to play a meaningful role in helping our office run smoothly. As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide support as you grow in medical billing and administrative skills. This role requires the ability to interact with clients in a compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental manner, supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and identities. This is a full-time position.Duties:
Client Support & Front Desk Greet and check in clients; handle payments Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone Schedule and manage appointments Office Operations Manage calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain supplies and coordinate vendors Organize and maintain records and filing systems Billing & Insurance Verify insurance benefits (phone and online) Accurately bill client sessions Process accounts receivable Resolve insurance and billing issues Administrative Support Assist with onboarding and training Support payroll processing and employee recordsQualifications:
Experience in office administration or a similar role Medical office or billing experience preferred (training provided) Strong communication skills and professionalism under pressure Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems High level of discretion with sensitive information Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently We offer competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.
